Access Points
The Empire State Plaza and Concourse are accessible except for the State Street Capitol entrance and the Concourse tunnel to the Swan Street Building. For more information, please contact the Plaza Manager's Office at 518-474-8860.
The following entry locations will be available to provide access to persons with disabilities. For additional reference, view a map of the disabled access points below.
Madison Avenue
- Elevator entrance located at street level will provide facility access daily from 6:00 am to 11:00 pm.
State Street
- Entrance located at street level. There is an outdoor walkway at the northeast corner of the Abrams Building, which leads to a doorway on the Concourse that will provide facility access daily from 6:00 am to 11:00 pm.
Plaza Level*
The Performing Arts Center (Egg)
- Entrance located at the northeast end will provide facility access Monday - Friday, excluding holidays, from 7:00 am To 5:00 pm and during Egg or Convention Center events.
*Note: The Plaza is closed during the winter from December 1 through March 31 and access is not available.
